Limits on Use: This web site is owned and operated by Mountain and Marine Ltd and is for the user’s personal, non-commercial use.
Users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from
, transfer, or sell in any way any information, documents, graphics, software, products or services (“materials”) obtained from
this web site, except that user may view the web site content in it’s present form and user may download on any single
computer (1) copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial home use, provided user keeps in tact all copyright and other
proprietary notices. The use of any other materials on any other web site or networked computer environment is prohibited.
Payment and Currencies: Mountain and Marine Ltd accepts the following credit or debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro,
Delta, Solo and Visa Electron. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards. Payment will be debited from your account after your
offer has been accepted but before we dispatch your purchase. All our prices are in GBP and include VAT (sales tax). Orders
from outside the UK will be automatically processed by the card issuer at the current exchange rate, Mountain and Marine Ltd
is not responsible for any charges levied by the card issuer or fluctuations in the exchange rate.
Pricing: We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this web site are accurate. However, occasionally products are mispriced.
Where a products correct price is lower than the stated price we will issue a refund for the difference and dispatch the order in
the usual way. Where a products correct price is higher than the stated price we will inform you of the correct price and give
you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Subject to availability: All items included on the web site are only available while stocks last. If stock is unavailable we will
refund to your credit card all sums debited.
Shipping: We use Royal Mail delivery services. A signature may be required at the time of the delivery. For standard deliveries
within the UK mainland, prices are as follows:
Orders 3-5 day delivery, postage is £5.00
Orders 48hour deliver, postage is £10.00
Orders higher than £100.00, postage is Free
Orders for heavy items e.g. Boats, Trailers etc. shipping will be agreed with you separately via email or telephone.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about you to process orders and
to provide a more personalized shopping experience. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998.
Security: We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of
negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to
any data you provide when accessing or ordering from mountain-marine.com.
Returns: Returns will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. This returns procedure does not affect your
statutory rights.
Law: This contract will be governed by the laws of England and both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts.
We will correspond with you at the email address that you have provided. Please ensure that it is correct.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the display of our priced products on this web site do not constitute an offer
and no contract is made until we have processed your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights by law.
