Shipping
We use UPS Parcel services or Royal Mail postage. All our postage options offer insurance and some may have the ability to track your order in transit. A signature may be required at the time of the delivery.
For standard deliveries within the UK mainland:
- 3-5 working day delivery, postage is £5.00
- For all Garmin GPS units delivered to the uk postage will be charged at a rate of £8.95
- *Orders higher than £100.00 (excluding Garmin GPS) POSTAGE IS FREE
- Orders for heavy or unusual shaped items e.g. boats, trailers, skis, ski boots, poles etc. shipping may have to be agreed with you separately via email or telephone.
For International deliveries:
- Standard International Postage is £10.00 (covers all European destinations up to 1Kg and the majority of worldwide destinations up to 500g but does not include Garmin GPS Units) For all other International shipments you will be contacted by email with a quote for shipping.
- For all other destinations postage will be quoted via email or telephone prior to the completion of your transaction
- For Express or To use your own carrier e.g. UPS, FEDEX, DHL Postage will be quoted via email or telephone prior to the completion of your transaction.
- Orders for heavy or unusual shaped items e.g. boats, trailers, skis, ski boots, poles etc. shipping will be agreed with you separately via email or telephone.
Returns
- Mountain & Marine wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from our website but please choose your purchases carefully, as we do not send out products on approval.
Unwanted Or Unsuitable Items.
- If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased, you may return the product within seven (7) working days from the date you received the product for a full refund. All products
must be in their original packaging including all labels and price tags in a re saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We suggest that you use a registered
delivery service for your own peace of mind.
Faulty Or Damaged Products
- Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If the danage is only apparent upon opening the package or if the package is left without being signed for, please contact
us as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How To Return A Product.
- Within the time scales above, please send an email to sales@mountain-marine.com with your order number, a product description and a brief explanation. You may also call the Customer Service Department on
+44 (01625)859863. If you are choosing the telephone please make sure that you have your order number.
- Where there is a guarantee on the product, this enables you to return it in the period of the guarantee time. If there is no guarantee, you have seven(7) working days to return the item(s) to the address below.
